The free assessment
Your Human Premium score is calculated with fixed rules, with no AI involved. Your 12 answers are sent to our server so the score can be checked and saved as an anonymous record with no name or email attached. We use these anonymous records to improve the tool.
Your shareable card is drawn in your browser. It shows your strongest areas and your shape, never your individual answers, your weakest area or anything about pay.
Giving your email is optional and comes after you see your score. If you give it, we send your result. Career strategy notes from Dr. Kirthi Roberts are sent only if you tick the separate box, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
The career strategy report
You paste your resume as text; no file is uploaded. The text and your answers are used to write your report and nothing else, unless you opt in to keep them for future features. We never sell your data.
Reports are written with Anthropic's API. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, API inputs are not used to train models by default, and Anthropic keeps inputs and outputs for a limited period.
How long we keep things

Deletion
Ask us to delete your data and we will remove your email, resume text, answers and report within 30 days. The anonymous assessment record and the financial record of any order stay, as described above.
Service providers
We use providers that may process data outside Canada, including in the United States: Cloudflare (hosting and bot protection), Stripe (payments), Kit (email list), Anthropic (report writing) and an email delivery provider.
